We provide all the services a dentist needs from their accountant, and a whole lot more.
We recommend we start with getting to know you, your practice situation and your immediate plans and possible issues. We can then help with immediate decision-making and work with you to devise a plan of action. Our first task is usually preparing your annual accounts and submitting your tax return. Clients who are buying a practice may want our input on the choice of building or location, raising finance, or business structure.
Once established, we can take on bookkeeping and payroll services. We recommend that dentists and orthodontists concerned about their profits or their viability book in for an annual review when we can carry out an in-depth review of past performance and plan for the year ahead.

Annual Review
Most practice-owners opt to book in for an annual review meeting with us because of the value it delivers. It’s an opportunity to reflect on the previous year and to evaluate options for the year ahead. Linda and Nathan will encourage clients to set goals and they keep in touch to ensure that business is going according to plan. We always have an eye on the big picture and when the time is right, are ready to discuss exit strategies.
COVID-19
The most challenging experience of most dentists’ working lives has been the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have done our best to support our clients through this, advising on the furlough scheme, organising loans, obtaining mortgage holidays and helping with staffing issues. We shared our clients’ concerns, maintaining our belief in their ability to weather the situation financially. The reserves we had encouraged them to build were put to essential use.
